Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Who is responsible for your data?
SyntheticBuyers.ai operates this website and acts as the controller of personal information collected through it. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@syntheticbuyers.ai.
2. Information we collect
Early Access information. If you submit the form, we collect the email address, company, website, role, testing objective, buyer context and language you provide.
Attribution and journey information. We may record UTM parameters, GCLID, initial landing page, initial referrer and the page where the form was submitted so we can understand how requests reach us.
Website analytics. Google Analytics may collect session statistics, approximate geolocation, browser and device information, page interactions and a pseudonymous client identifier. We do not intentionally send the contents of the Early Access form, such as your email address or company name, to Google Analytics.
Technical information. Our hosting and security infrastructure may temporarily process IP addresses, request logs and similar technical data needed to deliver and protect the website.
3. Why we use this information
We use personal information to review and respond to Early Access requests, understand the customer journeys people want to test, manage our commercial pipeline, improve SyntheticBuyers.ai, measure website performance, protect the service from abuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable, processing is based on your request or consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, or legal obligations.
4. Services that process data for us
We use service providers that help operate the website and process requests, including:
- WordPress and our hosting/infrastructure providers;
- automation infrastructure used to route Early Access submissions;
- Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, for lead and pipeline administration;
- Google Analytics for website measurement.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.
5. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 can use first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id> to distinguish users and maintain session state. Analytics storage is controlled according to the consent choices available on the site and applicable law.
You can reject or change optional analytics consent through the cookie controls presented on the website. Browser controls can also be used to delete or block cookies.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including managing a request or commercial relationship, maintaining security and records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. We periodically review information that is no longer needed and delete or anonymize it where appropriate. Analytics retention is also subject to the settings configured in Google Analytics.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you are located and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or suppress, object to or restrict processing, request portability, withdraw consent and request blocking of certain processing. Chile's Law 21.719 expands data-subject rights and enters into force on 1 December 2026. To exercise a right, contact privacy@syntheticbuyers.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
SyntheticBuyers.ai is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Early Access process.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, our providers or applicable requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page with its update date.
